Call to Order and
Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Eugene Fried followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Township Supervisors in attendance were Ben Fiorito, Eugene Fried via speaker telephone, Steven Rothenberger and Timothy Woodward. Also in attendance were Joseph Bresnan, Township Solicitor, John Weber, Township Engineer and Stanley Seitzinger, Jr., Township Manager.

Act 537 Perkiomen
Study Area Sewage Facilities Plan Update
T.J. Fijinak, P.E. Gilmore Associates reviewed and discussed the proposed plan update.
The Board of Supervisors expressed general consensus on the proposed plan update and authorized proceeding further with the required plan review process.
2020 Projects
Summary
Manager Seitzinger presented a summary of all planned and budgeted 2020 Township projects.
Camelot Park Bench
Shelters/Dug Out Proposals
It was reported that just one proposal was received for the project in an amount well beyond the proposal limit as per the Second Class Township Code and well beyond the amount included in the Township budget. The Board of Supervisors authorized seeking proposals a second time with the inclusion of a completion date by the end of November of 2020.
Powderbourne
The Board of Supervisors reviewed and discussed the status of the Powderbourne Gun Club matter.
Mill Hill
Preservation Area Tire Removal
The Board of Supervisors requested the mailing of thank you letters to Steven Harner and the participating scout groups concerning the successful tire removal project.

2020 Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting Agenda
The Agenda was reviewed.
Other
Chairman Fried presented an overview of a recent speed limit study on Montgomery Avenue.
Adjournment
Mr. Rothenberger moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:06 p.m. The motion was seconded by Mr. Woodward and carried affirmatively.
