The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Richard Fain. Township Supervisors in attendance were Shannan Bieler, Richard Fain, Ben Fiorito, Eugene Fried and Mary Gibbs Kershner. Stanley Seitzinger, Jr., Township Manager was also in attendance.
Citizens in attendance did not present comments.
2012 Township
Budget
The Board of Supervisors reviewed and discussed the 2012 Township Budget.
The Board of Supervisors recommended including a 7 ½% cost share for the preservation of the Gordon Moser property in the amount of $30,000.00.
(Mrs. Bieler departed the meeting at 7:55 p.m.)
Further discussion ensued concerning the proposed 2012 Township Budget.

Manager Seitzinger reported that a copy of the Upper Hanover Authority minutes was included in the meeting packet.
Adjournment
Mrs. Kershner moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:19 p.m. The motion was seconded by Mr. Fried and carried affirmatively.
