The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Fain. Township Supervisors in attendance were Dorothy Diehl, Richard Fain, Ben Fiorito, Eugene Fried and Steven Rothenberger. Township staff members in attendance were Jeffrey Ashman, Fire Marshal, Larry Buck, Road Foreman, Edward Skypala, Township Solicitor, John Weber, Township Engineer and Stanley Seitzinger, Jr., Township Manager.
Citizens in attendance did not present comments.
The Board of Supervisors discussed whether or not to consider selling the property to the adjacent property owner in the amount of the submitted appraisal of $1,300.00.
Mrs. Diehl moved to decline the sale of the property. The motion was seconded by Mr. Fried and carried unanimously

Manager Seitzinger noted that a photograph of the Board of Supervisors would be taken prior to the January 10, 2012 meeting for posting on the Township website.

Mrs. Diehl moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:02 p.m. The motion was seconded by Mr. Fried and carried unanimously.
