The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Fain. Township Supervisors in attendance were
Daniel Hagan presented concerns to the Board of Supervisors regarding noise form roosters owned by a neighbor. Discussion ensued. Mr. Fried reported that he will meet with the owner of the roosters to determine whether some kind of noise barrier can be constructed.
2011 Road Project
List
The Board of Supervisors reviewed the following 2011 Road Project List:
Paving
Miller Road
Fennel Road
Oil and Chip
Old School Road
Hillegass Road
Peevy Road
Jacobs Sawmill Road
Warner School Road
Road Foreman Buck reported that additional oil and chip roadways may be added depending on final escalated costs.
A brief discussion ensued regarding planned maintenance improvements at Sixth Street and Edgeview.
Route 29 Bridge
Replacement Project
Discussion ensued regarding phasing options for the project. The Board of Supervisors requested that staff inquire as to whether the bridges can be replaced one lane at a time.
Recycling
Mrs. Bieler reported that the Recycling Committee had not yet met regarding ordinance options. It was requested that the matter be relisted on the June Workshop Meeting Agenda.

1. Township Website
A resident requested that the Primary Election dates be listed on the Township Website.
2. Memorial Day Parade
Manager Seitzinger reported upon the Memorial Day Parade and requested that the Board of Supervisors RSVP directly if able to attend.
3. Street Address Signs
Mrs. Kershner requested that the next Township Newsletter include an article on the reflective street address signs.

Mrs. Kershner moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:03 p.m. The motion was seconded by Mrs. Bieler and carried unanimously.
