Call to Order and Roll Call


The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Eugene Fried. Township Supervisors in attendance were Richard Fain, Ben Fiorito, Eugene Fried and Steven Rothenberger.  Also in attendance were Steven English, Township Solicitor, John Weber, Township Engineer, Thomas Latshaw, Road Foreman and Stanley Seitzinger, Jr., Township Manager.


Citizen Comments


Frank Dalske of 2500 Brooke Road inquired concerning the status of the Brooke Road culvert replacement project. Township Engineer Weber reported that the contractor will come back to finalize work on a gravel ramp in order to facilitate mowing at the property.


Township Logo - Wood Carving


The Board of Supervisors expressed an interest in the proposed donation of a wood carving of the 275th anniversary logo.


Newman Road Paper Street


Subject to verification of deeds, the Board of Supervisor expressed support for vacating paper streets at Newman Road.


2016 Road Work Plan


Discussion ensued concerning the type of Superpave for use on Water Street. The Board of Supervisors decided upon the Superpave 64-22 for use on the repaving of Water Street in 2016. Mr. Rothenberger moved to approve the following 2016 Road Work Plan:

Wild Run Road                                   1.41 mi.

County Line Road                                 .87 mi.

The motion was seconded by Mr. Fiorito and carried affirmatively.





Review of May 10, 2016 Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting Agenda


The agenda was reviewed.


Mr. Rothenberger moved to authorize re-advertisement of the proposed No Parking Ordinance # 2016-03 with a revision to add Tenth Street and Macoby Creek Way to the no parking list to include all vehicles. The motion was seconded by Mr. Fain and carried affirmatively.




Mr. Fiorito moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 p.m.  The motion was seconded by Mr. Fain and carried affirmatively.
