Call to Order and Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Eugene Fried followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Township Supervisors in attendance were Dorothy Diehl, Richard Fain, Eugene Fried and Steven Rothenberger. Also in attendance were Joseph Bresnan, Township Solicitor, John Weber, Township Engineer and Stanley Seitzinger, Jr., Township Manager.
Bill Fenley, Chairman of the Upper Hanover Township Parks and Recreation Committee, reported that Tyler Weber’s Eagle Scout Project concerning the construction of a kiosk at the Mill Hill Preservation Area parking lot was completed.
The Board of Supervisors reviewed a request for the installation of street lights in the vicinity of the Palm Tavern near Station Road. The Board of Supervisors recommended that the owner contact PP&L directly concerning possible future street lights.
Municipal Building Duct Options
The Board of Supervisors recommended proceeding with an air quality test at the Upper Hanover Township Municipal Building.
2018 Line Painting Proposals
Mr. Rothenberger moved to authorize the award of the 2018 Line Painting Proposals to Deangelo Brothers, LLC in the amount of $15,213.72. The motion was seconded by Mr. Fain and carried affirmatively.
2019 Township Budget Work Schedule
Manager Seitzinger presented the 2019 Township Budget Work Schedule.
Review of September 11, 2018 Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting Agenda
The agenda was reviewed.
Mr. Rothenebrger moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:51 p.m. The motion was seconded by Mr. Fain and carried affirmatively.
