HANOVER TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 5, 2020
Call to Order
The
meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Brandon Reed followed by
the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
Roll Call
Planning Commission members in attendance were Alex Anastas, Richard
Fain, William Kalb, Stefan Laessig, Brandon Reed and Timothy Woodward. Also in attendance were John Weber, Township
Engineer and Stan Seitzinger, Jr., Township Manager.
Citizen Comments
Citizens in attendance did not present comments.
Approval of Minutes
Mr.
Kalb moved to approve the January 2, 2020 Planning Commission Regular Meeting
Minutes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Anastas
and carried unanimously.
Announcements
Mr.
Reed announced that February 12, 2020 is the last date for submission of plans
for review by the Township Engineer and discussion at the March 4, 2020 regular
meeting.
Chairman
Reed reported that the 537 Sewage Facilities Plan update will be discussed at
the Board of Supervisors workshop meeting of February 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
Old Business
Old
business was not presented.
Current Plans Without New Activity
Current
plans without new activity were reviewed.
New Business
Chairman
Reed requested that staff review the conditional use and zoning hearing
applications to consider possible updates.

A. Zoning
1. Ordinance #2020-01,
Electronic Signage
Manager
Seitzinger reported that the Ordinance was scheduled for a public hearing at
the Board of Supervisors meeting of February 11, 2020.
2. Anthony Noland Zoning Hearing, February 25, 2020
The
Planning Commission reviewed and discussed the zoning hearing application with
Anthony Noland and did not provide a recommendation for or against the
application.
3. Ben Kemmerer Conditional Use Hearing, March 10, 2020
The Planning Commission reviewed the
application and did not provide a recommendation for or against the
application.
4. William Chrisman Conditional Use Hearing, February 11, 2020
Stefan
Laessig indicated that he will recuse himself from any recommendation on the
application.
The
Planning Commission reviewed and discussed the application and did not provide
a recommendation for or against the application.
5. Five K, LLC Zoning Hearing, February 25, 2020
The
Planning Commission reviewed the application and did not provide a
recommendation for or against the application.
B. Building Permit Report and
Escrow Report
The
monthly reports were entered into the record.
C. Regional Planning Commission
Report
Mr.
Anastas provided an update on the most recent Regional Planning Commission
meeting. Mr. Anastas reported that he was selected as the Vice-Chairman of the
Regional Planning Commission for 2020.

Mr.
Fain moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:55 p.m.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Laessig and carried unanimously.
